  I have Volkswagen POLO 6N  which has Model : xxxx , Engine: xx Motor Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and Bodywork number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
   We are thinking and complaining a mistake on your motor parts of "gas control unit" in 1995-2001 model which has 030133064F part number. When we were in a Volkswagen Authorized Service in Turkey, Authority says "This motor part has a wrong on its production. But this is not our problem,you must get a new part, This part is  410€ without worker's pay, But the same part only 159€  at the seller of piece goods.
   
   Turkey users have a Fun Club For Volkswagen on İnternet (Volkswagen Türkiye), In this webpage Turkish Volkswagen POLO 6N users  complainants for "gas control unit" on this link with 14 page. (Link is :
Onarım Modu ), That time Volkswagen A.G  appreciates, İf this parts are wrong production,Why we are paying for this part lots of money, We are requires to get free new and unproblematic part from Volkswagen Authorized Services, If the parts problem hasn't accept, we will have recourse to jurisprudence for our law rights.

XXXX model Polo X.X motor no:XXXXXXXXX Şasi no:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX aracın sahibiyim.Türkiyede 1995 – 2001 arası Volkswagen Polo 6N sahiplerinin ortak sorunu olan Gaz kontrol ünitesi 030133064F kodu olan parçanızın hatalı üretiminde şikayetçiyiz. Ne yazıkki resmi vw servisinize gittiğimizde bize bu parçanın üretiminde hata olduğunu söylemelerine rağmen değişimi için yaklaşık olarak 410€ parça ücreti talep etmektedirler aynı parçayı parçacılarda yaklaşık 159€'ya satmaktadırlar.vermiş olduğum linkte Onarım Modu Türk polo kullanıcılarının tam 14 sayfa şikayeti bulunmaktadır takdir edersinizki bu kadar şikayet konusu olan bu parçada üretim hatası olduğu kabul edilerek sorunlu parçanın herhangi bir ücret taleb edilmeden vw firmasına yakışır bir şekilde yeni ve sorunsuz parça ile değiştirilmesini talep ediyoruz.Parçanın hatasının kabul edilmemesi halinde tüm hukuki haklarımızı sonuna kadar kullanarak gerekli işlemlerin başlatılacağını bildiririm.
